Overview
Stagwell Inc are looking for a Collaboration Systems Engineer to join our worldwide team. As a Collaboration Systems Engineer you will bring your broad knowledge of end user facing applications and systems to provide a complete, user centered approach to project Implementations. You will also provide strategic guidance and innovation across our collaboration platforms.
You will be part of the Collaboration and Communications team, supporting over 80 companies and 14,000 staff worldwide. This team is devoted to providing best in class tools and methodologies that enable more frictionless work on behalf of our clients and partners.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Microsoft Office 365 and Its suite of collaboration platforms with understanding of integrating with numerous secondary platforms.
- Primary administrator and subject matter expert for M365 suite providing guidance and best practices for the proper setup and ongoing maintenance Maintains, optimizes, and troubleshoots SharePoint and Teams sites, DLP, sensitivity labels
- Maintains, optimizes, and troubleshoots mailboxes, distribution lists, mail flow and mail security rules
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports
- Must be familiar with PowerShell scripting, MS O365 administration, O365 security, MS tenant structures, and networking cloud services.
- Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online environments
- Active Directory/Azure Active Directory
- Experience working with Azure AD for Office 365 Identity and Okta for global IDP management.
- Experience with cloud-based application suites such as Microsoft Office 365 or GSuite/ESuite in complex multi-tenant environments. Demonstrated experience in administration of Microsoft Office 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams OneDrive for Business).
- Experience working on IT and data projects involving end users and IT professionals.
- Partner with Team Leads to implement appropriate technology solutions using knowledge of technology trends
- Promote optimization of current state architecture with modern solutions and automations
- Provide timely and accurate status updates, keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, scope, and /or budget and interface with all areas affected by the project including end users.
- Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team, as well as work with confidential material and information
- Highly motivated, focused, and proactive
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Understanding of large enterprise systems and technology stacks
- Creative thinking mindset. Ability to research and craft ideas.

- Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiating, influencing, and active listening
