Job Summary:

Join micro1 as a Web Developer to enhance AI Model Training in coding practices by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high standards in frontend code. Directly impact AI advancements by refining real-world coding scenarios and optimizing AI-generated outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure frontend code meets SLA standards, focusing on performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Assess and refine frontend code snippets, providing actionable feedback to improve quality and best practices.
• Conduct quality checks on LLM training data to verify accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to development standards.
• Document code improvements and solutions to common Frontend challenges with clear, concise explanations.
• Validate and optimize developer workflows to ensure consistency and applicability in web development.
• Collaborate with other teams to align on project goals and requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient German (Native or C2) and English (C2 / C1)
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design, with a strong eye for detail in reviewing and refining code samples.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development, ensuring precision and adherence to best practices.
• Proficiency in German to support multilingual AI development and a B2-level English proficiency for communication.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot, validate processes, and improve training data quality.
