Project Manager:
- Responsible for Project/Epic Financials as a Value Stream Financial Manager, managing Value Stream shared costs
- Financial management – maintains the forecasting, budget tracking, analysis and reconciliation, documents and managed through to completion
- Risk Management – providing explanations for overrun and underrun financials for the value streams
- Status and Communication management – accountable to create financial reporting based on data retrieved and communicated
- Change Management – accountable for the efficient and timely management of the Change Management process – ensures all project change requests are well understood, tracked and
- Process Management – participates in project delivery best practices, and focal point for overall project health
- Works closely with the business stakeholders and the IT teams to mitigate project risk and maintain momentum.
- Creates and maintains data in Excel to the Ordering Value stream, Working with ARTs or Finance teams to obtain the required data for reporting
Scrum Master:
- Facilitate Scrum Events: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective
- Remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics to increase probability of success each sprint.
- Coach teams in self-organization, continuous improvement and Scrum framework practices.
- Incorporate lessons learned and continuous improvements into the delivery cycle.
- Work with product team in creating and maintaining the User Stories, Deliverables, Backlog, Jira board and Team Capacity planning.
- Point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, achieve set goals, and deliver timely results.
- Resource management of both internal and external resources assigned to a project.
- Accountable for on time and quality delivery of new/enhanced functionality.
- Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of costs.
Qualifications
Minimum Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in leading successful large delivery of complex project using Waterfall methodology as a Project Manager
- 2 to 3 years of experience in ensuring successful Agile Delivery as a Scrum Master
- 3 to 5 years of experience in resource and stakeholder management.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in managing project financials like budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of costs.
You will thrive in this role if you have...
- Project Management and Scrum Master certifications. SAFe is preferred.
- Experience with reporting tools like MS Project, Visio, Excel, and SAP
- Worked with different ticketing tools like Jira or Confluence
- A background working in the Telco industry
- Exposure to different CRM or billing applications
